Our History The firm was organized in 1969 by its founder Dominic L. Marchese, Professional Land
Surveyor number 1615.
His previous firm, Marchese, Zak, and Hank, was founded
by Dominic L. Marchese and John Zak in 1959. In 1967
Mr. John Hank became affiliated. In 1979 Dominic J. Marchese and Paul N.
Marchese joined with Dominic L. Marchese to incorporate Marchese And Sons. Through the years, our firm has obtained licenses to
practice Land Surveying in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana
as well as in Arizona. During this time we have prepared
Residential Lot Surveys to Government and Highway Route Surveys with a
specialty in boundary line controlled surveys. Dominic L.
Marchese is a life member of the Illinois Professional Land
Surveyors Association and has served on the Illinois Department
of Registration and Education Land Surveyors Examination Committee.
Our mission is to maintain high ethical standards
and we believe in professional development through education
